We are looking for responsible "subletters" who are seeking to be around the city during the summer from May 1st until end of July. We are looking for people that are relatively quiet. We've had dinner get together without any problems, but no parties should take place. The location is on Cornwall Avenue with Laburnum Street two blocks from Kits Beach and 3 blocks from the way into downtown over Burrard Bridge (walking distance to Granville Island and Downtown in 15 minutes).

We require tenants that will stay the whole length (3 months).
