iam a single parent of 2 children, 6 and 2. i need a 2 bedroom apartment/condo/ townhouse for June 1st 2008. iam currently on social assistance, wiling to work part-time and want to enroll in a college in Comox/ Courtenay. i would prefer a condo or townhome but would take anything at the moment just want secure a place soon. i currently live in the Cowichan Valley(Duncan).
