General Terms and Conditions
a. All property information present in this site is provided by Landlords/Property Mangers, RentalsBC.com does not verify accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided. Therefore we shall not be liable for any damages or misuse of information. All information must be verified independently with the property managers or landlords. Information can be changed or deleted anytime without notice.
b. RentalsBC.com shall not be liable for any damages caused by use of this service and disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
c. RentalsBC.com can deny privileges of using this service any time, landlords/Property managers are obliged to follow the nondiscrimination and equal housing opportunity policy. Property Managers/Landlords should not add any preference, limitation or discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, marital status, familial status, national origin or sexual orientation. Landlords/Property Managers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including federal, state and provincial laws. We will not knowingly accept any listing which violates the law.
d. All information provided by users, will be received by RentalsBC.com on a non-confidential basis and assumed to be accurate. RentalsBC.com reserves the right to use such information in its sole discretion and shall not be liable for any misuse of information.

Terms of Use for Landlords/Managers and other Users
a. As stated above, RentalsBC.com does not guarantee accuracy, quality and integrity of the information provided by users. All information (data ,text ,software ,music, sounds, photographs, graphics) is sole responsibility of the person who has provided the information. User must understand that they might be exposed to material that is offensive, indecent or objectable.
b. Mangers/Landlords must only add listing information they own or manage, and describe the features of property accurately in compliance with federal, state and local fair housing laws, regulations and ordinances.
c. Users must not impersonate or falsely state/misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity, including but not limited to RentalsBC.com.
