Just to introduce myself,
Richard Henderson, live in the UK, but moving to Vancouver to work in a hotel on robson street in the middle of July, but will be arriving in Vancouver on the 30th June 09, so looking for an apartment, pref, furnished in the downtown area, rent up to $1300 month, min 6- 1 year, maybe could take longer as i plan to stay a few years.

My name is Christine Severtson and I am looking to rent four bedroom home in the Walnut Grove, Brookville, Cloverdale, or Port Moody are for my family. My husband has taken a new job in Burnaby and we are heading to B.C. to start a new life! Scary, but fun. We want to rent for awhile to see if we like B.C and to make sure my husband is comfortable in his new position. I am a vet tech and I will be working again once I find a job. I have three boys, and three dogs. I realize it is hard to find someone to trust there home to with three dogs, however, I am VERY careful with the homes I rent and I have been told by previous landlords that they were thrilled with the care we took with the homes we rented. I am also willing to put down another deposit for the animals.
We are looing for July as our house will go up for saie right away in Alberta. We are looking for a rent amount around 1500-2000/mnth.

We are moving to BC at the end of June (somewhere between the 25th and the 28th.) At the moment, we are unsure of which city as we are waiting to hear from employers but it will be in the lower mainland. We prefer Surrey but anything between Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, White Rock & Maple Ridge would work as well. We would also like to be able to see lots of pictures because we are moving from Ontario and we will not have an opportunity to look at the unit. We are looking for
-an apartment building, condominium, house or townhouse in the range of $700-$1100 a month (flexible on utilities inclusive or not - depends on how much rent is)
- a quiet building
- preferably a non-smoking unit
- pets allowed (we have 2 older cats who are very well-behaved and very house-broken)
- prefer washer/dryer in the unit
- parking for 2 cars
- fridge & stove
- either 2 bedrooms or bedroom + den but this is flexible
- flexible move-in time as we need to move at a very specific time due to work (between June 25th and 28th)
